The Story of J and L BBQ’s Culinary Journey
As a native to Snohomish County, I have the ability to create the best BBQ ever tasted in our area or Texas. My grandpappy grew up in North Carolina and taught my Dad and I how to cook BBQ. So our meats are not lacking in down home flavor.
My daughter is an inspiration to me, in fact she is the “L” in J and L BBQ. Years of cooking, events, trade shows and catering gave me the experienced I needed to open my own restaurant. It was always my dream!
